DAVID MEUNIER
David Meunier has a great passion for brewing traditions around the world. It was with great respect for the craft of brewing that he began his apprenticeship at Dieu du Ciel! breweries where he worked for a decade.
Now an accomplished brewer, he has chosen to pursue his career at Les Quartiers Belle Gueule to create a range of beers that will go from the most traditional styles to the most surprising interpretations!
